Intruder Alert is the first album by Grope Therapy, Side 1 was recorded at Ngamotu Beach in New Plymouth early in the morning in late 2025 and Side 2 was recorded at Benneydale Hall early 2026 with assistance from Awakino George. The band are Bob on Drums, Jim on Bass and Black Rangi playing Hendrix Worship Guitar and doing Vocals

They owe a huge debt to the Te Kuiti Undeground and their mysterious recordings. Were they even real?

Grope Therapy to be honest are a sort of drug loving trainwreck of a band never intending to amount to anything , it is safe to say they have succeeded.
